Are utilities included in the monthly rent?
Utilities are not included in the base rent and are the responsibility of the resident.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes. Residents are required to maintain a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via the Resident Portal, personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and MoneyGram.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
What fees are included in the application process?
There is a $45 application fee and a $250 holding security deposit per applicant.
Will my apartment have a dishwasher?
Yes, our apartments include dishwashers.
What types of floor plans are available?
Villa Del Mar offers residents a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
Are there in-unit washers and dryers?
There are no in-unit washers and dryers, but we do offer an on-site laundry care center.
Do you offer short-term leases?
We offer 12-15-month leases.
Is there a mailroom?
Villa Del Mar includes a smaller mail building and parcel lockers.
